previewbuilder.com shall make commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services always available to the User and shall restore the Services as soon as reasonably possible in the event of any interruption. previewbuilder.com shall not be liable for any failure to provide the Services.

previewbuilder.com does not warrant that the Services or the previewbuilder.com Information will be error-free or uninterrupted. 

 

Use Of Information

The User is permitted to store, manipulate, and analyze the previewbuilder.com Information and use the Services for the User’s private use. In no event shall the User sell, resell, retransmit, redistribute, provide or permit access to any previewbuilder.com Information or the Services as is or with repackage to anyone with any standard subscription. No Warranties

Personal information about our users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone (with the exception of sharing your information with an applicable Application Partner – see the “Application Partner Treatment” section above). We share your personal information only as described below. 

The User shall have a username, password (specified by the User) and private API key that enables the User to access the Services.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and is not entitled to disclose the username or password to any other person.

Our subscription is monthly based and the User has no long-term obligations here. The User can cancel subscription anytime, the minimum period of commitment is one month.

 

If the User is an individual, previewbuilder.com and its agents are authorized to collect information about the User. This information may be used for enabling access to the Services, statistical analysis, research and marketing purposes.

The User can request access to and correction of any personal information held by previewbuilder.com about the User. Any such request must be in writing and previewbuilder.com, at its discretion, may charge for any costs reasonably incurred in responding to such a request.

 

Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, previewbuilder.com may without notice terminate its contract with the User immediately if the User fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions, or if previewbuilder.com ceases to supply any Services. Customers wishing to cancel subscription-based services can cancel it anytime.

 

Refunds 

If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.

Please note that in respect of subscription services your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

 

Exclusion Of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, previewbuilder.com excludes all and any liability to the User arising out of the contract between previewbuilder.com and the User. Notwithstanding and without limiting any provision of these terms and conditions, any claim brought by the User against previewbuilder.com must be served within one year following the date on which the cause of action accrued.

 

Indemnity

The User indemnifies previewbuilder.com against all and any losses, costs (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis), expenses and damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with a claim by a third party against previewbuilder.com relating to Services obtained by the User.

 

Assignment

The User may not assign its rights under the contract between previewbuilder.com and the User.

 

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain enforceable to the greatest extent permitted by law.

 

Amendments

previewbuilder.com reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. previewbuilder.com will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to the User of any variation by posting the new terms and conditions on the Website and by email to the User at the last postal address, facsimile number or email address which the User has notified to previewbuilder.com.
